We have all said the famous line, "Just one more!" I don't know about you guys, but "Just one more!"
never and I do mean
never, means "Just one more." It doesn't matter what we're talking about. It could be cookies, cake, candy- basically anything with sugar and a heap of unhealthiness that we don't need.
Believe it or not those, "Just one more" 's add up. Every time you say it and eat another cookie or another brownie or whatever your go-to food-drug is, your adding extra calories and extra sugar to your body that you probably don't need in the first place. I am so guilty of this. My kryptonite, if you will, is Goldfish! My biggest problem with them is that while I'm reading a book or scrolling on Pinterest
(you can follow me here) I'm no longer paying attention to how many Goldfish I'm actually eating. There has been occasions where I've eaten half a bag- not because I was hungry, but because I was essentially bored and distracted.

This is the
worst form of snacking there is. When you're actually hungry, your stomach will send your brain a message, which results in hunger pains. When you randomly stroll into the kitchen, and say to yourself, "Hmm, I want a cupcake!" You're not actually hungry. You just see the cupcake and therefore you want it. If you make a conscious effort to cut out the extra snacking and the "Just one more!" 's from your life, I know you'll begin to see a huge difference!
